Buford Satterfield, died on Jan. 5, 2001, Funeral Services are incomplete at this time, and will be announced later by Stickland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 3pm, Sunday, January 7, 2001 in Skitts Mountain Baptist Church. Interment will be in the church cemetery.

Willard T. Satterfield, Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 31, 1995, in New Bridge Baptist Church for Willard T. Satterfield, 75, of 1657 Calvary Church Road, Gainesville. The Rev. Jack Burgess and the Rev. Robby Foster will officiate. Burial will be in New Bridge Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The body will be placed in the church at 1:30 p.m. Thursday. Mr. Satterfield died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 1995, at Lanier Park Regional Hospital following an extended illness. A native of White County, Mr. Satterfield lived most of his life in Hall County. He was retired from New Holland Mill and was a member of Morningside Baptist Church. MR. Satterfield was preceded in death by his wife, Liney Myers Satterfield. Survivors include his son, Rick Satterfield, Buford; sons and daughter-in-law, Ronny and Delores Satterfield, Gainesville, Gary and Pam Satterfield, Flowery Branch; daughter and son-in-law, Vicki and Phil Forrester, Oakwood; sister, Rosie Hulsey, Gainesville; seven grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
