Last Will
Georgia, Hall County
I, Samuel C. Fraser of said State and County, being sound and dieposing mind and memory do make this my last will and testament.
I give, bequeath and devise to my wife, Sara A. Fraser, the following property to wit Fifty acres of land, more or less, a part of the home place where I now live, beginning at a rock on the road, between the dwelling and the graveyard. This 50 acres, more or less, includes the dwelling and out buildings, on the east side of the big road. This bequeath is made to my said wife in (illegible) of her whole (illegible), during her natural life, then to go to my children if any living at that time, if none to my nearest kin.
I give, bequeath and devise to my son, Louis C. Fraser, the following property to wit. The balance of my land on the East side of the big road except 1 acre around the graveyard that is to the river.
I give, bequeath and devise to my daughters, Bashabe L. Deaton and Evaline W. Duncan, John Duncan's wife, and Joseph A. Deaton's wife, formerly Frasers, the following property to wit. Seventy six acres of land more or less to be divided by themselves or to get somebody else to divide for them known as the Roberts Place including the house.
I give, bequeath and devise to my grandchildren know as Levy T. Deaton, John W. (illegible) children, the following property to wit eighty acres of land, more or less, on the West side of the road by their first wives, their first wives being Frasers, it being equally divided between the children after Louis T. Deaton turns over $100 to the Estate if not to be taken from his children.
I have already given and bequeathed to Thomas J. Fraser, William L. Fraser, and George W. Fraser, my sons, their full share of the property
At my death, after the debts are paid and a tombstone placed at my grave, something under fifty dollars, after everthing is sold if there is anything left to be divided, to be divided between them that have not gotten their parts
I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons, L.C. Fraser and T.J. Fraser, Executors of this my last will and Testament.
