In the name of God Amen. I , David H. jarrett of said state and county being of sound and disposing mind and memory and being desirious of settling my worldly affairs and disposing of the property with which a kind provodence has blessed me . While I have strength and understanding do hereby make this my last will and testament hereby revoking all wills by me at anytime heretofore made. My worldly estate I dispose of as follows: Item 1 I will and devise to my beloved wife, Mary L. Jarrett all my worldly goods both real and personal during her widowhood. After the death or termination of the widowhood if my said wife I will all my property real and personal be equally divided among my children before my death. Then to their children as they may have. Item II I appoint H.A. Langford and J.W. Jarrett as executors of this my last will and testament and direct that they be freed from the nessesity of a bond
