Johnnie Young Myers

Johnnie Young Myers, Funeral services are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, May 29, 1997, at the Little-Davenport Funeral Home Chapel for Mrs. Johnnie Young Myers, 77, of Flowery Branch. The Rev. Paul Wade will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Myers died Tuesday, May 27, 1997, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness. Mrs. Myers was a lifelong resident of Flowery Branch. She was a housewife and a member of the First Baptist Church of Flowery Branch. She was preceded in death by her parents John Calvin and Mary Frances Ware Young. Survivors include her husband Fred Myers; sons, Ken and roger Myers, all of Flowery Branch; daughter, Anita Myers, Norcross; brother and sister-in-law, George P. "Buck" and Doris Young, Flowery Branch; grandchildren, Joel Myers, Lawrenceville; and Megan Myers and Meredith Barker, both of Gainesville. Little-Davenport Funeral Home, Gainesville.
