Woman slain in Forsyth County

Translators have been called in to help authorities in Forsyth County investigate the shooting death of a 25 year-old woman.

Forsyth County Sheriff Wesley Walraven said Gail (unreadable) Mooney was found dead about 11:30 p.m. Friday at her trailer in a mobile home park (unreadable) about three miles south of Cumming.

Several neighbors are Hispanics and speak little English, Walraven said, so translators are helping with interviews. There have been no arrests. It was not clear how many times the woman had been shot. The State Crime Lab and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation are assisting in the investigation Walraven said.
