To my beloved: Mary B. Whelchel - as long as she remains single

- my farm to be kept as homeplace for her, my first wife's children,

as well as my present wife's children, until youngest child attains the age of maturity.

Also my personal estate, horses, mules, negroes, cattle, sheep, until youngest child becomes 21.

When any child should marry or become 21 property to be sold and

devided among wife and all my children.(children not named)
